Across Florida, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. From intake to preop prep just felt like it was exceptional. Caring care. Anesthesia professional well-timed wake up like I had just taken a nap. Surgery went quickly, efficiently and much better than expected. Dr. Silverstein always great. Recovery room was taken care of by Kim. She was just wonderful great experience all around.

I went for a CT with contrast of my heart on Thursday. I was greeted at the reception for paperwork and the lady at the desk was delightful. I then went to imaging where nurse Carlos prepped me for the procedure. And the. The scan with nurse Lyne didnβt procedure. They were professional and smiling throughout. I hate needles and this was the least painful IV placement and removal I can think of. Most surprising to me was the fact that I got the results less than 6 hours later.

I was only there overnight from a surgery, the pre-op people were great and of course the surgical staff were also very friendly and great. And of course my surgeon dr. Shariati was wonderful. I was very nauseous after surgery and couldnβt eat but the food they brought was great (my husband enjoyed it) and the two nurses that cared for me were great. I had Johny the first day and Reika the second day.

As a retired General Surgeon whose career spanned 45 years, I know a bit or two about medical care. My experience at BRRH on December 30th was absolutely exemplary. The obvious professionalism, competence and humanity demonstrated by the entire staff from my surgeon, Dr. Mica Glaun to the aide who escorted me out to the parking lot after my discharge, was striking. Kudos to everyone involved. Great care rendered with a compassionate touch. Thank you.

I came to ER and the noise there was CRAZY, just because the police officers were there and the nurses were flirting with them, they just needed the beers to feel like in a party, they don't care about patients at all. Then they admitted me to 6th floor and the nurse on charge Jaime told me that they will give me a window bed (that way I can rest) I waited for 4 hours and at the end she just change her mind and said wasn't possible (no one was on that bed). I didn't sleep at night time because of the pain I have, ER has a party (at 7am) and the room were they put me in, is being cleaned, no time to be in peace, 0 respect or considerations for patients. 0 stars Only good experience was with Clinical assistant Kiandrah and my night nurse Amy she was nice to me, she have empathy, she care about her patients, about noise, about to be comfortable, rest, etc. She was the same way with the neighbor in the room (who just had surgery) and she (Amy) is the perfect good example to follow for the new generation of nurses. Thank you Amy for your patience and help, I appreciate it.
